David Rosen has over 30 years of experience in financial, operational and strategic planning positions with public and private companies. His investment experience is extensive and includes participation in the restructuring of over $1 Billion dollars in unsecured debt on the Sears Tower and the strategic repositioning of Sears that led to the sale of Coldwell Banker and Allstate.

In 1998 David joined the start-up retailer The Great Indoors - a high-end home decorating and remodeling division of Sears - as its head of finance and helped grow it from $50 Million to over $500 Million in sales. He later became head of its retail installation business overseeing 200 employees and $20 Million in revenues.

After twelve years at Sears, David left to join Michael P. Kahn & Associates, an investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the homebuilding sector.  While at MPKA, David was involved with numerous buy and sell transactions that yielded his homebuilding clients in excess of $250 Million in proceeds.  In 2007 David founded Long Grove Capital to help homebuilders navigate the complex world of mergers and acquisitions.

David is also a co-founder of CLG Real Estate Partners, a Chicago based real estate development company whose two largest ventures to date have been the turnaround of the failed condominium project Mallinckrodt in the Park in Wilmette, Illinois and the purchase of Fox Meadows, a 72 unit student housing apartment building in Whitewater, WI.

David has an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
